Cyber Workflow is a canvas where you build routines with your hands: pick an app, place it, draw a line to the next step. In about ten minutes you will build your first one — paste any video link, get a short recap saved in your notes.

Meet the canvas

Open Cyber Workflow and you get an empty canvas with a library of apps along the side. Every routine is built the same way: find an app in the library, drag it onto the canvas, and draw a line from one step to the next. The line is the order things happen in.

Steps come in two kinds. App steps do something in an app — fetch a video, post a message, save a note. Cyber Brain steps do the thinking in between: read, summarize, decide, write. Most routines are a few of each, joined by lines.

Two steps, one line

Search the library for YouTube and drag it onto the canvas. This step will take a video link and fetch the video. Then open Machine Learning in the library and drop the Summarization step next to it. Two boxes on a canvas — that is the whole build so far.

Now draw the line: click the small dot on the edge of the YouTube step and drag it to the summarize step. That line means the video goes to Cyber Brain, which writes a short recap. Add your notes app as a third step to save the result.

Test it and watch

Press test, paste any video link, and watch. Each step lights up as it runs: YouTube fetches, Cyber Brain reads and writes, your notes app saves. If something fails, the step that failed shows it, so you know exactly where to look. Fix it and test again.

Every test and every real run is kept in a history, with the time each step took. Come back tomorrow and you can see what ran, when, and how long it took. Nothing runs out of sight; a routine always shows you its work.

Make it run itself

Use the Routine control in the workflow toolbar to choose a daily, weekly or custom cron schedule, then enable it and wait for confirmation. You can also run the workflow manually. For this video routine, a manual run fits: when you find a long video, run it and read the recap.

To offer the workflow as a page, build and test its Interface first, then use Publish. After a successful publication, the dialog gives you the public address. Sharing the editor link is a different action. You can also export the workflow as a file when someone needs their own copy.

What to remember

  • A routine is apps and Cyber Brain steps joined by lines.
  • Test instantly and watch each step light up as it runs.
  • Every run stays in the history, with timings for each step.
