Terms of Service
In short
Cybercorp is a consumer AI product: Cyber Copilot, Workflows and Agents. You own the content you bring to it and the Free plan is genuinely free, with no advertising. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel from Settings, payments run through Stripe, and every plan has fair usage quotas. Use the Service lawfully, double-check AI outputs before you rely on them, and remember you can export your data or delete your account at any time. French law governs these Terms, and nothing in them takes away your statutory consumer rights.
01
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Cybercorp ("Cybercorp", "we", "us"). They govern your use of cybercorp.ai and everything we provide through it — Cyber Copilot, Workflows and Agents (together, "the Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You must give us accurate information when you create your account, and keep it up to date.
- If you accept these Terms on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them.
02
The Service
The Service is a consumer AI product. Today it includes:
- Cyber Copilot — a conversational assistant. You can type or speak to it, and it can read its replies aloud.
- Workflows — drag-and-drop routines that can run on a schedule or in the background.
- Agents — a team of AI specialists that act together on your request.
The Service runs in your browser; desktop apps are available for download, and mobile apps are coming. The interface is available in six languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.
To provide the Service, your requests may be processed by vetted third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf, strictly to provide the Service. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why.
03
Your account
You can create an account with an email address and a password, or by signing in with a supported third-party provider such as Google.
- Keep your credentials confidential. An account is for one person — do not share it.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, tell us immediately at support@cybercorp.ai.
You can change your password, export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings.
04
Plans, billing and renewal
The Service offers one free plan and several paid plans:
- Free — a real free plan, with no advertising. No card is required.
- Pro — $20 per month.
- Max — $100 per month.
- Yearly billing — around 20% less than paying month by month.
- Enterprise — by conversation with sales@cybercorp.ai.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
You can also switch plans at any time from Settings: the change applies immediately, and the price difference is prorated — charged or credited on your next invoice.
If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance, before the new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number. Depending on where you live, applicable taxes such as VAT may apply.
Except where these Terms or the law say otherwise (see section 5), amounts already paid for a billing period are not refunded.
05
Your right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we give you access to it immediately. At checkout, you tick a box by which you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, to the extent the law allows; amounts paid are then non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, write to support@cybercorp.ai within the 14-day period. We will handle your request in accordance with the law, including any refund the law requires.
06
Fair use and quotas
The Free, Pro and Max plans include fair usage quotas. We count the operations you run so that we can enforce them; Enterprise limits are set by your agreement.
Quotas keep the Service fast and fair for everyone. Do not try to get around them — for example by creating multiple accounts, sharing an account, or automating requests to evade limits.
If you regularly reach your quota, a higher plan may suit you better. We may adjust quotas over time; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
07
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only within the law and these Terms. When you use the Service, you must not:
- use it for unlawful purposes, or to create or spread unlawful content;
- harm, harass, deceive or defraud others;
- create or distribute malware, spam or deceptive material;
- try to break, probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- scrape the Service by automated means, or resell or redistribute it without our written agreement;
- circumvent quotas, plan limits or security measures;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- breach the terms of any third-party service you connect.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, as described in section 13.
08
Your content and ownership
You own the content you bring to or create in the Service — your conversations, messages, workflows, files and saved memories ("your content").
So that the Service can work, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content, solely to operate, provide and secure the Service and to comply with the law. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where the law requires us to keep something, or for the short life of routine backups.
You are responsible for your content, and for having the rights you need to anything you upload to the Service or connect to it.
09
AI outputs
The Service generates content with artificial intelligence. Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it can state things confidently that are wrong.
Check important outputs before you rely on them. Outputs are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise. When the stakes are high, consult a qualified professional.
You are responsible for how you use outputs, including anything you publish, share or act on. We do not claim ownership of the outputs the Service generates for you.
10
Third-party services and connections
You can connect your own accounts and apps to the Service. When you do:
- you authorise the Service to act inside those accounts, on your instructions only;
- the credentials you add are stored encrypted, as described in the Privacy Policy;
- the third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that service;
- you can disconnect a service at any time.
Third-party services are not ours. We are not responsible for them, and connecting one does not make us a party to your agreement with it.
11
Our intellectual property; feedback
The Service — including its software, design, text and the Cybercorp name and brand — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as they describe. They do not transfer any ownership to you.
Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
If you send us feedback or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or payment. Feedback is always voluntary.
12
Availability and changes to the Service
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause parts of it for maintenance.
The Service will evolve. We may add, change or remove features, and planned features — such as the mobile apps — may change or may not ship. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance so you can decide whether to stay.
13
Suspension and termination
By you. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent — export your data first if you want a copy. Export is also built into Settings.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service illegally, fail to pay for a paid plan, or create a security risk for the Service or for other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14
Disclaimers
Within the limits of the law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no promises about it beyond those in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content and services in your country. Those rights remain fully yours.
15
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Subject to that, and only where the law permits:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control;
- our total liability for all claims connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when we launch new features or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you can cancel any paid plan and stop using the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
17
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction over disputes connected to them.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections granted to you by mandatory law in the country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing or defending a claim before your local courts where the law gives you that right.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be able to use alternative dispute resolution, including any online dispute resolution platform made available by the European Commission. We would rather resolve concerns directly: write to support@cybercorp.ai first and we will do our best to sort things out.
