Cyber Copilot
Bring your apps into the conversation
Name the app, describe the task, and check the result before moving on.
A useful request starts with a clear destination. Copilot can work with connected apps, but it still needs to know what you want to read, find or change. Start with one app and one concrete result, then build on the answer.
Choose one job for one app
Pick an app you already use and a small task you can check: find a video, read a board or look up a piece of information. Name the app in the request instead of leaving Copilot to guess where to look.
Include the details that make the task unambiguous: the topic, the board name or the period you want covered. For example: “Find a YouTube video that explains the basics of Python, then tell me why it fits a beginner.”
Check that the connection is ready
Some actions need a connection to your account in the external app. If Copilot reports a missing connection, open Connections in your settings and configure the app, then return to the conversation.
An app appearing in the product does not mean every action is available for every account. Read the message Copilot returns. A missing connection or an unavailable action needs a correction, rather than the same request sent repeatedly.
Read the outcome, then continue
While Copilot works, the task panel and the report show the steps it has received. Use them to see which app or tool was involved. The final answer is where you check whether the result actually matches your request.
Keep the follow-up in the same conversation: “Only keep the shortest video” or “Explain the second option.” If your next request changes data in an app, state the destination and the change explicitly.

What to remember
- Name the app and the result you want.
- A required account connection must be configured before the action can work.
- Check the returned result and keep refinements in the same conversation.
