Change your plan

Move between Free, Pro and Max whenever you want. By the end of this guide you will know what each plan gives you, where the switch lives, and exactly how a change made in the middle of a month is billed.

What each plan gives you

There are three plans you can pick yourself. They differ in one way only: how much of the product you can use. The features are the same on all three.

The three plans, side by side
Price and limitsFreeProMax
Price a monthNothing$20$100
Paid a year at a timeNothing$16 a month, $192 up front$80 a month, $960 up front
Copilot tasks a month5005 00025 000
Saved automations5100500
Automations running at once125125
File storage1 GB50 GB250 GB

Whichever plan you are on, the monthly task count starts again at zero on the 1st of each month. There is no daily limit, so a quiet week and a busy week both draw on the same monthly pot.

Where the switch lives

Everything to do with your plan is on one page: Settings, then Billing. It shows what you are on, what you have used, and the moves available from where you stand today.

Two of those labels are worth translating. The bar called Operations is your monthly task count, and the bar called Workflows is your saved automations. Storage is the files your copilot has kept for you.

Making the change

  1. Open Settings, then Billing

The plan you are on sits at the top of the page, with the date it renews next if you pay for one.

  2. Look at where you actually stand

Under Usage, read the three bars before you decide. People often move up because one bar is full while the other two are barely touched, and it helps to know which.

  3. Choose the plan you want

Under Compare all plans, choose Monthly or Yearly and one of the available upgrades. Free can move to Pro or Max, and Pro to Max. Smaller plans and cancellation are handled through Manage subscription.

  4. Read what it will cost before you agree

For an existing active subscription, a confirmation names the selected plan, price and billing period. It does not calculate an exact prorated amount or preview the next invoice. For a new subscription, read the consent panel and the amount on the secure payment page before confirming.

  5. Pay, or skip the payment page

If this is your first paid plan you are taken to the secure payment page to enter your card, then brought back to Billing. If you already pay for a plan there is no payment page at all: the subscription you already have is repriced on the same card.

  6. Check that it landed

Billing comes back showing the new plan and the new ceilings. Reload the page before you try anything else if it still shows the old plan, or if a message tells you the change did not work. A repricing that has already gone through appears on the reloaded page, and pressing the button a second time would only tell you that you are already on that plan.

How a change is billed

An upgrade to an existing active subscription updates the plan after confirmation, with prorations recorded by the payment provider. The actual amount and timing appear on its invoice. For a downgrade in Manage subscription, read the effective date and adjustment shown there before agreeing.

For an in-place upgrade, the payment provider records the unused part of the old period and the cost of the new one. Check its invoice for the actual adjustment and payment date. For a downgrade, follow the effective date and terms shown in Manage subscription.

Moving down, or stopping altogether

Once you pay for a plan, Billing also carries a Manage subscription button. It opens the secure page where your card, your invoices and the subscription itself are handled, and that is where you go to move down to a smaller plan or to stop paying.

Cancelling does not cut you off on the spot. You keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already bought. Only then does the account go back to Free.

If you change your mind, check whether Manage subscription offers renewal for the cancelled plan, or contact support. Read its date and price before confirming.

What a change does not touch

Your conversations, your connected apps and your automations stay exactly where they are. Nothing is deleted when you move plan, in either direction.

Changing plan moves the ceilings, not your content.

It does not reset your monthly task count either. That keeps running and returns to zero on the 1st, as always, so moving up in the middle of a busy month lifts the ceiling immediately and does not cost you the tasks you have already used.
