Create your account and confirm your email
Sign up in two short steps, open the link we email you, and you are in. This page also covers the link running out, and what to do when the email simply never turns up.
What you need before you start
Creating an account takes about a minute, plus however long your inbox takes to deliver one message. You need an email address you can open right now, because you cannot sign in until you have opened the link we send to it.
- Username
- Between 3 and 15 characters. Letters, numbers, the underscore and the full stop only.
- Password
- Between 8 and 100 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number, and a special character such as @, # or $.
- Email address
- One you will still be able to read tomorrow. Throwaway and temporary addresses are refused at sign-up.
- Payment details
- None. Every new account starts on the Free plan and no card is asked for.
There is a second way in, and it is the quicker one. Under the words or continue with sit a Google button and an Apple button. Either one signs you up with the address that provider already holds, and because they have confirmed that address themselves there is no confirmation email to wait for and nothing to click: you land straight in the app.
Filling in the sign-up form
The form has two steps: your details, then a check that you are a person. Nothing is created until the very end, so you can go back with the arrow at the top left without losing anything.
Open the sign-up page
Go to cybercorp.ai/signup, or select Sign up from any page of the site.
Fill in the four boxes
Username, email address, password, and the password once more. As you type, the rules for the box you are in appear and turn green one by one, so you can see what is still missing — beside the form on a wide screen, and just under the box on a narrower one.
Select Continue
If something is still wrong the form stays where it is, marks the boxes that need attention and puts your cursor back in the first one.
Drag the puzzle piece into place
Slide the piece until it fills the gap in the picture, then let go. You can also do it with the keyboard: the arrow keys move the piece, holding Shift moves it more finely, and Enter checks it.
Accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy
The tick box sits under the puzzle, with a link to each document. Under it sit the Create an account button and, below a divider, the Google and Apple buttons — still there if you would rather not finish the form.
Select Create an account
Your account exists from this moment. What you cannot do yet is sign in, and that is what the email is for.
The email, and its 24-hour link
As soon as the form is accepted, the screen changes to tell you what happened to the email. If it left, you see Check your inbox with the address you typed. If it could not leave, you see Your account is created instead, with the reason: your account is real, only the message failed, and the Resend button underneath is ready straight away.
There is no code to type in anywhere. The link is the whole mechanism, and it has two rules: it lasts 24 hours, and it works once.
What the confirmation screen tells you
Selecting the button in the email opens a page that spends a second checking the link, then says one of seven things. Find yours in the first column.
| What the page says | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Account activated! | The link was good and this is the first time it has been opened. | Select Sign in and use the username or email and the password you chose. |
| Your account is already activated | The link had already done its job — often opened by you in another tab, or by a mail app that opens links to check them for you. | Nothing is wrong. Go to the sign-in page. |
| The link has expired | More than 24 hours have passed since that email was sent, or you asked for another email and this is the older one. | Ask for a fresh email, then open the newest message in your inbox. |
| This link is incomplete. Open the link from your activation email again. | The address was cut short on the way, usually by a mail app that wrapped the long line. | Go back to the email and select the button itself, or copy the printed link in one piece, all the way to the end. |
| No account matches this link | The account behind the link is no longer there, for example because it was deleted. | Sign up again with the same address, or write to support@cybercorp.ai. |
| Too many requests. Please wait a moment and try again. | That link was opened many times in a short while — often by a mail app or a security scanner opening it for you. | Wait a minute, then open the same link again. It has not been spent. |
| Unable to validate your account, please try again | Something went wrong on our side. | Open the same link again. If it keeps failing, ask for a fresh email from the sign-in page. |
Only the first two of those mean you are through. Both of them offer a Sign in link, and from there everything works normally.
If the email never arrives
Look in the spam or junk folder first, and search for the words Cyber Corp rather than scrolling. Then read back the address you typed, letter by letter — a single wrong character is the most common reason of all, and it looks exactly like a missing email. Give it about five minutes before you decide it is really lost.
Resend from the screen you are on
The confirmation screen has a Resend the email button. After an email has just gone out it waits 60 seconds, and shows the seconds ticking down beside the label so you know it is a pause and not a fault. In the one case where the email could not be sent at all, there is nothing to wait for and the button is ready immediately.
Resend from the sign-in page
If you have closed that tab, the way back in is through the sign-in page.
Go to the sign-in page
cybercorp.ai/signin, or Sign in from any page.
Type your username or email and your password
The same ones you chose at sign-up.
Select Sign in
It will be refused, and it says why: the address has not been confirmed yet. That refusal is the point — it proves the account is yours.
Use the Resend email link
It appears on the right of the Username / Email label, on the same line. A new message goes out and the 24-hour clock starts again.
- Between two emails
- 60 seconds
- Emails you can ask for
- Five, counted for the life of the account. The one sent at sign-up does not count towards them.
- Each link
- Lasts 24 hours and works once
- Wrong address
- If the address is wrong, contact support before creating another account.
What you have once you are in
Every new account starts on Free, with no card and nothing to cancel. A task is one thing you ask your copilot to do, and the count goes back to zero on the 1st of each month. There is no daily limit sitting on top of it.
| Plan | Price | Tasks a month | Automations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | No card asked for | 500 | 5 saved, 1 running at a time |
| Pro | $20 a month | 5000 | 100 saved, 25 running at a time |
| Max | $100 a month | 25000 | 500 saved, 125 running at a time |
Paying for a year at a time takes 20% off either paid plan. You can change plan whenever you like from Settings, then Billing: the new plan applies immediately, and your next invoice is adjusted for the days you spent on each. Larger needs go through sales@cybercorp.ai.
