Signed out: open the sign-in page, choose Forgot password, and use the link we email you. It lasts one hour and works once. Signed in: Settings, then Account, then Password, then Change, which asks for your current password.

Yes, and it is all on one page: Settings, then Billing. If you already have a paid plan, the change applies as soon as you confirm it and your next invoice is adjusted for the time spent on each plan. Cancelling is the exception — you keep your plan until the period you have already paid for ends.

Your plan sets how many copilot tasks you get each month and how many automations you can keep switched on. The plans are Free, Pro, Max and Enterprise; the pricing page lists the current figures.

Settings, then Tokens. Create a secret key, name it, and give it one permission level: All, Execute, Read or Write. The key is shown once, so copy it before you close the window — and a key stops working 30 days after it is created.

Amounts already paid for a billing period are not refunded — section 4 of the Terms. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to use it: write to support@cybercorp.ai. You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Billing, and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
